Payment Policy

Upfront Payment

The first-day fee for any service is charged upfront at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable.

Ongoing Services (From Day 2)

For continuous care services beyond the first day, payments can be made via daily auto-billing (once payment gateway is active) or through prepaid weekly/monthly packages.

Platform Commission

LankaHomeNursingApp charges a 15% commission per booking, which is included in the quoted prices.

Temporary Manual Payment Option

Until our online payment gateway is fully integrated, clients can pay via direct bank transfer or mobile wallet.
